The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) has awarded a contract to the Improvement and Development Agency (Local Government Association) to undertake an independent review of projects undertaken or planned by the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) as part of the Lancaster West Estate refurbishment programme following the Grenfell Tower tragedy.
