Provision of an Arboriculture Services Framework

The Councils are seeking to award a framework agreement for the provision of an Arboriculture Services Framework within the boundaries of the three local authorities and for external clients (across South Wales). The Councils manage thousands of trees including those on the highway, parks and open spaces, Countryside areas, Social Services establishments, car parks, schools and Estates land. In order to fulfil its duty of care it seeks to continue to assess and maintain trees in its ownership with regards to their health and structural integrity.
