Highway and Street Lighting Maintenance Term Service Contract

Isle of Anglesey County Council is seeking to appoint a single Contractor to deliver a comprehensive Highway and Street Lighting Term Service Contract across the County under the NEC4 Term Service Contract (TSC).

The contract will provide routine, reactive, planned and emergency maintenance services for the highway network and street lighting assets.

… The contract is expected to commence on 1st April 2027and will be awarded for a period of six (6) years, with no guarantee of minimum workload. The estimated total contract value over the six-year term is approximately £12 million.
