The Specialist Occupational Health (OH) advice service for resident doctors/dentists in training is to assess both fitness to work and fitness to train, and help manage physical/mental health/disabilities, provide useful recommendations and temporary reasonable adjustments, support educators, negate sick leave/absence and provide a supportive training/working environment where individuals are supported and valued in an inclusive environment.
