Community Links Scotland (CLS) is a charitable, not-for-profit organisation established in 2002 to support voluntary-run, community-based groups across Scotland. CLS works exclusively with not-for-profit organisations to identify community needs and aspirations, and to develop and implement regeneration projects that enhance local quality of life. We do this by conducting research to identify service gaps, developing sustainable business and action plans, securing funding, and supporting projects from initial concept through to delivery and evaluation. CLS strengthens the role of community groups as regeneration players and builds links between agencies and local people.
