ALVO was a CVS or Council for Voluntary Service which did not agree to merger with the new TSI or Third Sector Interface arrangement for unitary councils - and from that period has been on a downward spiral trajectory to the point that it has requested from OSCR the dissolution of the charity - this is ongoing.
