The Millennium Centre is the Community hub for Stranraer and the surrounding area, providing affordable spaces to let, where the community can connect reducing isolation, enable access to services in relation to health, physical and mental, through our permanent and regular room lets and activities. Our Youth facilities and activities support young people , allowing skills and personal development whilst giving them a sense of achievement and ownership of the youth programme.
