The charity aims to tackle discrimination and inequality across Ayrshire by working with young people to help their personal and community development through workshops and residentials which teach them about diversity and equality. The charity is youth-led, which nurtures leadership skills within young people. The charity works with primary and secondary schools, youth groups and community groups of all ages. It raises awareness of important social issues within the community and encourages integration within the community through team building workshops.
