The aim of the Chariy is to offer grant funding to charitable and group organisations from the Turriff local community on an annual basis. This grant funding is achieved by raising funds through the charity shop from donations of clothing, bric a brac etc for sale to the benefit of the Turriff community. Applicatiosn are invited from the Turriff groups/organisations for funding based on one or more of the purposes as set out in 7 (2) of the Charities Act 2005, but primarilary focusing on poverty, advancement of all forms of education, advancement of health and wellbeing plus environmental protection or improvement.
