UHI Shetland is set up to be an educational and training provider for the people of the Shetland Islands, Highlands and Islands region and beyond. We offer inspirational learning, influential training, and innovative research in the heart of Shetland’s community. We offer everything from school phase through to all post-secondary school learning, from access level through to PhD. We offer more ways to learn through our connected tertiary partnership. We offer a range of professionally accredited training and development courses for industry. We can work with employers to identify training needs, tackle potential skills shortages and training to support new or existing employees. Vocational training and apprenticeships are supported by UHI Shetland in a wide range of specialisms.
