The organisation’s purposes are to provide outdoor recreation facilities and activities for the local community and its visitors by: a. Establishing a recognised walking and cycling route between Lossiemouth and Hopeman initially to be known as the “Lighthouse Links” b. Promoting those sections of the Lighthouse Links suitable for equestrians or accessible by mobility scooter. c. Establishing and promoting other ATR routes in and around Lossiemouth and North Moray.
