Me Myself and I (SCIO) exists to empower women by promoting self-respect, confidence, and resilience, while championing equality, diversity, and human rights. Our core aim is to improve the lives of women—especially those affected by or at risk of domestic abuse—through safe, supportive spaces that encourage self-expression, healing, and personal growth. We organise inclusive events that blend entertainment and education, providing opportunities for women to connect, learn, and showcase their talents. Through counselling, advocacy, and awareness-raising, we support women’s rights and promote justice. By building a strong, inclusive community, we help women recognise their value, embrace their strengths, and develop the confidence to thrive in all areas of life.
