Our mission is to advocate, nurture and champion Black people working in the performing arts, screen and event sectors in Scotland. Why? Through our initiatives, we seek to develop the premiere professional development programme for Black creatives whilst facilitating exciting emerging talent which will contribute to a vibrant cultural ecosystem representative of Scotland's diverse voices.
