To prevent or relieve poverty, to advance religion and to relieve those in need by reason of age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage by engaging in activities that alleviate the causes and effects of poverty and deprivation in its various forms including: material, social, educational and health deprivation, in South Lanarkshire and its environs.
