The objects of the Youth Cafe are to provide a safe and welcoming free facilty for all the young people of the Rosneath Peninsula. We work together with local and statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to provide these facilities and activities. It is an important and vibrant facility, supported by a trained youth worker, that provides the youth somewhere to meet three times a week without incurring any cost. It encourages and fosters personal development, play and social interaction across the age range and promotes physical activity. It therefore contributes towards improving the conditions of life of the afore-mentioned young people and developing their physical, and mental capacities so that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of our local community.
