Summary of the main activities in relation to these objectives: The Panel’s purposes are: To promote equality and diversity by raising awareness of access inequalities within the public, private and third sector. The advancement of education through the provision of technical and practical guidance on accessibility and related issues to organisations, services and the community. To advance citizenship through participation in decision making in relation to policies and legislation concerning access and equality.
