Our charity is to preserve for the public benefit the historic building known as Gunsgreen House, together with its related buildings, gardens and policies. Our aims are to advance education by facilitating and encouraging public access and study of Gunsgreen, trading history, harbour, maritime and the town of Eyemouth. Also to facilitate knowledge of the social educational and architectural relationship between Gunsgreen and other historical properties in Berwickshire, particularly Paxton House
