The key activities of the charity are to provide clients with advice & support on a wide range of issues relating to alleviating & eradicating poverty. We achieve this by providing a multi channel advice service providing 1-1 support to claim all available Welfare Benefits to which any individual may be entitled to & provide ongoing support including tribunal representation. The charity also provides a free confidential debt service for clients struggling with debts. All service delivery is to level 3 of the Scottish National Standards for Information & Advice
