Town Break Dementia Support is a registered Scottish charity providing vital emotional and practical support to people living with dementia, and to their unpaid carers and families, across Stirling and the Forth Valley. Our work focuses on improving quality of life, reducing isolation, and supporting people to remain connected to their communities for as long as possible. We deliver dementia-specific group sessions, one-to-one befriending, carer support, and tailored wellbeing activities. These are designed not only to meet individual needs, but to foster trust, dignity, and emotional resilience. Our team works closely with families, volunteers, health and social care professionals, and local partners to offer compassionate, person-centred support in a way that’s flexible, responsive, and rooted in local need.
