The said subjects and the building erected or to be erected thereon (thereinafter referred to as “the Trust subjects) are dedicated and shall be held by us and your successors as Trustees in all the time coming for the purposes of Village Hall for the use of the inhabitants of the West Barns and District and environs without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, including use for meetings, lectures, and classes, and for other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.
