James Graham Temple Charitable Trust

To pay the free annual income therefrom to the Old Folks Welfare Committee of Alexandria in memory of the late James Graham Temple and failing this body to such other body or organisation as may provide comforts (in addition to but not in substitution for any comforts which it is the duty of the Local Authority or the National Assistance Board to provide) for the old people in Alexandria, the selection of ouch body or organisation being at the discretion of my Trustees.
