Victim Support Scotland is a national charity, supported by regional infrastructure which is designed to provide trauma informed, individualised and local support for those individuals who are victims or witnesses of crime. We provide this support to anyone who has been affected by crime, regardless of whether it has been reported to the Police. We work in partnership with those agencies involved in the criminal justice sector and use the knowledge we gain from those affected by crime to influence national policy and to create a more effective and supportive justice system.
