The principal activity of the charity is to: · advance the education of the public in the arts of theatre, dance, music, spoken word, film and/or other art forms in and/or from Dumfries & Galloway and in furtherance thereof but not otherwise - · promote and/or support the presentation to the public of works of theatre, dance, music, spoken word, film and/or other art forms which are of an objectively high class and standard. · promote a network of community groups and art bodies in Dumfries & Galloway with the same aims. As Dumfries & Galloway’s only year-round regionwide performing arts sector provider, we continue with consistent success to provide high quality, inspiring and enjoyable programmes and events for our area’s communities.
