The charity passed to Lincolnshire Community Foundation 1092328 on 5th April 2012 to be wound up. The capital sum invested was insufficient to give a return that could enable the charity to continue to deliver its objects. Lincolnshire Community Foundation is currently liaising with the Charity Commission to effect the above.
