The relief of poverty in England, Wales, Pakistan and Palestine, and in particular, but not exclusively, among those who have been affected by natural disaster through the provision of grants to individuals, charities, and other not-for-profit organisations to fund essential living expenses such as food, shelter, education, and medical costs.
