To advance public education in the art of flower arranging and related subjects, and to train and qualify Judges, Demonstrators and Speakers in this topic, in parts of Cheshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Powys, Ceredigon, Denbighshire, Gwynedd, Wrexham, Conway, Flintshire and the Isle of Anglesey, (the area of benefit) and to further any other charitable purpose or purposes in relation to this
