The objects of the Charity are for the public benefit and specifically restricted to applying the capital and income to or for the relief of such poor and distressed brother masons or their poor and distressed widows and children or to or for the benefit of such masonic charities and or other charitable institutions societies and objects the Provincial Grand Charity Committee shall direct.
