The Institute for Food, Brain and Behaviour exists to improve the lives of individuals and communities by conducting and evaluating research into the link between nutrition and behaviour, promoting public understanding, influencing policy, and - working as Think Through Nutrition - creating and implementing nutritional educational programmes.
