encourage and assist bodies, organisations and individuals in Wales to establish contact with their counterparts in Lesotho;provide advice on developing such links as may develop from contact;engage in any such activities as may assist the achievement of (i) and (ii) above;uphold, in the link network, a quality of collaboration between equal partners, to the benefit of both.
