The New Trelawnyd Memorial Hall Management Committee

The Charity was formed to Manage the Trelawnyd Memorial Hall on behalf of local residents. Unfortunately the lease on the hall was declared invalid by the Community Council and the Charity made redundant. We are now seeking to dissolve the charity and pass on its assets to a sister charity the Trelawnyd Community Association
