Ulverston Canal Regeneration Group

UCRG runs community events to raise awareness about the area and fund improvement projects to the Canal and its environs. We liaise with the private owners to manage and balance usage, organise clear-up sessions and provide information to visitors. We collect and archive oral histories and photographic materials to use with educational visits to schools.
