A) To advance the education in 1) agriculture & food production/technology, 2) food safety & standards/hygiene. B) To promote public health & prevent or relieve sickness, disease & human suffering by 1) promoting the appropriate & proper regulation of food and associated products and services; & 2) providing training in matters relating to food safety & hygiene standards.
