To advance the education of persons who have attained the age of 50 years or who have retired from full-time employment.To provide or assist in the provision of facilities for recreatioin or other leisure-time activities for persons who have need of such facilities as aforesaid by reason of their age or social or economic circumstances with the object of improving their conditions of life.
