The object of ESAN is to promote social inclusion by helping to protect people in vulnerable circumstances from disadvantages with regard to energy, communications, water, and financial services. ESAN facilitates the exchange of information and views between organisations and others concerned with these issues; and highlights issues of common interest across the sectors that ESAN focuses on.
