Wabia Network helps to prevent and relieve poverty in Tanzania. 'Wabia' is a Swahili word meaning 'partners'. We work through non-governmental organizations, based in and around Mwanza and run by local people. Wabia Network supports these local partners by giving advice and financial assistance, and by putting them in touch with others who can help.
