To promote, maintain, improve and enhance the education and development of children and young people ages 4 - 15 years of age by the development of new, and the support of existing, out of school childcare clubs. 2. To advance the education and training of the persons involved in the provisions of such care.3. The relief of poverty by provision of advice, information and support.
