To act as a resource for young people up to the age of 25 living in the South West of England, to include in particular without limitation Bristol, Somerset, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Swindon, Devon, Cornwall, and the unitary authorities within that geographical area by providing support and assistance and organising programmes of physical, educational and other activities.
