To prevent and relieve poverty, hardship and deprivation and to improve the conditions of life of those in need, in particular (but without limitation) the homeless and those living in adverse housing conditions, by the provision (or assisting in the provision) of goods, services, training, support and other assistance relating to homelessness, housing and related matters.
