Time2Read works to:advance the education of pupils at selected schools through the enhancement of basic skills in literacy, numeracy and ICT;promote and develop reading, writing and oracy skills in the pupils at participating schools; support the development and use of libraries in the schools and to monitor the performance of those schools in the above areas.
