Funding and encouraging participation in the construction of a new class of sailing boat for use by those who may be disadvantaged; to establish in such boats a memorial to the military and public service professionals killed on active service for their country. The yachts will also be used to raise campaign funds for more community based midwives in the UK and overseas.
