Toxteth Citizens Advice Bureau provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities. We are dependent upon a workforce of paid staff and volunteers. We run a drop-in service, an appointment service and phone advice. We also speak up for change in social policy.
