To advance the higher education progression of young people aged between 16 and 18 from socially and economicallydisadvantaged and underrepresented backgrounds who are enrolled in non-selective state schools, including by providing advice and assistance, and organising educational programmes and other activities as a means of assisting with preparation to gain entry to top-level UK universities.
